Whitestone Development Partners is a real estate development firm with mixed-use, adaptive re-use, student housing and multi-family property investments throughout the U.S. Our clients include both high net worth and institutional investors and our investment approach focuses on assets that have significant value-add potential. HISTORY
Tom has led the development of more than $2 billion of multi-family and student housing projects across the U.S.
Prior to joining Whitestone, Tom was a founding member of Commercial Street Partners, a NY-based multifamily/student housing developer that generated a pipeline of over 2,000 units in NY and FL in less than 18 months.
Tom was also a Vice President of Development for The Michaels Organization student housing division where he helped manage a team of industry professionals to develop, construct and manage a portfolio more than $1 billion.

HISTORY
As a CFO and Partner at one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Western NY, Chris oversaw all financial and accounting, as well as various operational aspects, of over 10 million square feet of commercial real estate. Managing a gross asset value of approximately $600 million, Chris led financings, acquisitions and new development projects of over $350 million during his tenure.
In 2022, Chris joined a newly formed development company, overseeing all financial aspects of an approximately $1 billion construction cost pipeline.

HISTORY
Matt is a real estate professional and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience. He has held senior-level positions in FL, DC, MD, and VA with over $1 billion in managed transactions to date. Matt is an integrated financial professional with advanced knowledge in underwriting and developing models for real estate transactions at all levels and types.
Prior to joining Whitestone, Matt was a founder of a South Florida based consulting company (LWI Group) providing excellence in real estate consulting for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
