Overview
The Hill was a value-add acquisition and redevelopment of a 99-unit apartment building. Originally built in the 1960s to serve the workforce at a Kodak Global Sales office, it was later purchased by RIT. Our team purchased and renovated 99 units and constructed another 82 units to serve the RIT off-campus market.
The project was 100% pre-leased prior to construction completion and under contract for sale before opening date.
